Charcuterie broads - $10 per person

Crudite platters -$8 per person

humus, ranch, raw (carrots, celery, asparagus, mini sweet peppers, snow peas, broccoli , cauliflower) grilled ( asparagus, mini sweet peppers, mushrooms, zucchini , squash, red onion) green olives, black olives, kalamata olives, marinated artichokes.


Appetizers -  $3 per person - choices:

  • citrus compressed watermelon with feta cheese moose, citrus vin, garnished with mint leaves (vegetarian)

  • Tuna tartare- asian style tuna tartare, rice puff chip, black and white sesame seed, spicy aioli, wasabi aioli, micro greens wasabi
  • California roll bites- fried rice bites, shredded crab mix California roll style, wrapped in cucumber, avocado moose, micro wasabi

Appetizer - steak and eggs 3 ways

3 way steak and eggs- brown butter brioche toast, sous vide rib eye steak, egg white moose. Fresh caviar, topped with grated salt cured egg yolk micro chive, gold flakes garnish.

$20 for wagyu 

$25 for A5 wagyu 

$30 for kobe 

$35 for A5 kobe.

  • Ribeye steak- sous vide in butter garlic and shallots seared to perfection topped with chanterelle cognac cream sauce Micro green garnish 5oz portion
  • New York steak- grilled to perfection topped with caramelized shallots and mushrooms, parmesan foam, micro greens garnish 5oz portion
  • Fitlet - sous vide in beef tallow and garlic. Pan seared butter based with garlic and thyme, topped with herb compound butter micro greens garnish 4oz portion (add $8 for prime; add $22 for wagyu; add $38 for A5 wagyu; add $68 for Kobe; add $98 for A5 Kobe) 
  • Jumbo shrimp- butter garlic poached jumbo shrimp. Garlic herb foam, micro greens garnish 4 pieces 


Entrées - $12 per person - choices: 

  • Chillen sea bass- pan seared chilled sea bass with lemon burree blanc micro greens garnish 4 oz portion
  • Snow crab cluster- butter boiled snow crab 1/4 snow crab cluster side of drawn butter
  • Lobster tail- butter poached lobster tail. Side of drawn butter. 5 oz portion 


Desserts - $5 per person

  • Mini lava cakes 3" chocolate circle with vanilla ice cream 


Desserts - $4 per person - choices:
